Harmon \nTuition Cost:  FREE \n  \nSpeaker Bios \nLucas J Harmon\, a graduate of Concordia College and a Montana native\, has over 20 years of experience in sales\, negotiations\, consulting\, and banking. 15 of those years were working with financing specifically for Dentists.  He has worked with Dentists in at least 31 states across the country.  Since joining the Dental Strategic team as Director\, he has added to the scope of services\, expanded the marketing reach\, implemented new platforms and tools\, and grown the team to better serve our Dentists and their practices. \n  \nMaegan Conner joined the Dental Strategic team in November of 2022. She brings 9+ years of dental experience and a multi-faceted skill set including sales and dental business analytics. Her role at Dental Strategic focuses on business planning services and dental school relations\, while also supporting other team member initiatives. Maegan’s specialties include fee and comprehensive practice analysis.
